Ownership and Rights: You affirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use and modify the design files you submit for amendments.

3. Payment
Fees: Fees for the design amend service are specified on our Site and may vary based on the complexity and scope of amendments requested.
Payment Terms: Easy amends is a prepaid service. Payment is due upon submission of a request & is non-refundable. Additional amend requests will require additional payment. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership: You retain ownership of any design files you submit for amendments. We do not claim ownership of your original design files or the amended versions.
License: By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to modify, reproduce, and use the amended design files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request.
5. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: We make no warranties or representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the service for any purpose.
